Sauvignon, Sémillon and Chardonnay
The Chardonnay is fermented, then spends two months on lees in French oak .
A truly versatile, flavoursome and complex wine to delight the palate, one that can be served as an aperitif or with food. Balanced, with crisp acidity, lush fruit and a rounded body, the oak-aged Chardonnay gives structure, finesse and elegance, while the Sauvignon delivers freshness, and the Semillon provides the generous and rich mouth-feel. Serve slightly chilled.

Carignan from a single vineyard
Fermented in the concrete tanks built by the Jesuits.
An unoaked wine made from 60-years-old, low-yield vines planted in the days of the Jesuits and fermented in 19th century concrete tanks, and released in 2020 to honour one of the great grapes of the Bekaa valley. Ready to drink, it has flavours of intense red and black fruits and with spice and garrigue aromas. Best served slightly chilled.

Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Malbec
Six months in second-year French oak.
The backbone of the Château Ksara range, a ready-to-drink, medium to full-bodied wine, which owes its inspiration to the wines of the Northern Rhone and Bordeaux with layered flavours and aromas of fruit and spice with body and freshness.
