Who is responsible for your data?
We only collect data about you that you (actively) leave behind on our website. For example, when you subscribe to our newsletter or place an order.

This privacy statement applies to all use that AndereWijn may make of personal data obtained by it from anyone who has had contact with AndereWijn and/or has visited our website(s).
What data do we store?
Your personal data. You leave this with us when you order something from us. This data is stored with us for an indefinite period on secured servers.
If you sign up for the newsletter, you leave your email address and name with us. We store them for unpaid time on secure servers.
When you email us, we store this email correspondence on secure servers.
Our partners in the chain
In order to pack the orders, we share your address details with our distribution partner CJ Hendriks Warehousing in Amsterdam. They use our own software and do not and never have electronic data that originates from us.
We share your address details with our logistics partner DPD, otherwise they cannot deliver your package.
For what purpose do we store your data?
We store your personal data in order to process your order and to correspond with you. For example, we ask for your telephone number when you place an order and/or create an account. So that we can call you if there is a problem that we would like to solve in consultation with you.
Provide feedback on our website
If you have an account, you can always give feedback on specific wines you bought from us and on our service. This feedback is unfiltered and placed directly on our website without our intervention.
When you have placed an order, you can receive an invitation by email a few weeks later to give feedback on the wines you have purchased or on our service. This feedback is also unfiltered and placed directly on our website without our intervention.
For people who have not placed an order with us, it is also not possible to give feedback on our wines or our service. And of course we never post feedback ourselves. We can respond on our website to feedback that you or someone else has given.
All posted feedback can be traced back to the person who posted the feedback, but the only name published on our website as a source is the name you typed yourself.
Newsletters
We periodically (but not too often) send newsletters about offers or events that we organize. At the bottom of each newsletter is a link with which you can unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, you will never receive a newsletter from us again.
Deleting your personal data
Of course, you have the right to have us remove your personal data from our servers. If you want that, just send us an email or call us.
There may be situations in which you do not (yet) want to delete your data, for example if an invoice that has not yet been paid is outstanding or a package is still in transit.
Cookies
We only use cookies to make our site work properly and to measure the use of our website.
We do not share information about your site visit with others. For example, you will not see an advertisement from us on social media after (and because) you have visited our website.
